I just had a great convo with my Sweetwater sales engineer about the Mesa D800 amp. He's played it against a lot of other amps and I liked what I was hearing. I guess we'll see.

This my home office rig. The Mesa is my gigging amp and I swap the 1x12 Genzler for a 2x12 Avatar Neo for playing out. The Mesa sounds great at lower volumes especially with the damping feature. Plus my practice rig and gigging rig sound virtually identical.
Thanks everyone for sharing your rigs. This was very helpful. There were a few recurring themes that influenced my next move. More to come...
For home practice, learning tunes, I found a Rockman Bass Ace. I plug my phone into it and some headphones, plug in the bass and play along.
For living-room style jams and parlor gigs, I put a Hartke neo-12 into a Kickback combo cab and run it with a Trace Elliot Elf. Opportunity for this mod camera from a rattling original Hartke 12 and an ailing amplifier. That turned out to be a sweet little rig.
For regular bar gigs there's the GK400RB into an old Schroeder 1210. Fat as your grandma's lapdog, punches like Tyson and snaps like an ex-girlfriend. Lol. Very serviceable, and loud enough for a roomful of sauced up bikers on holiday.
Finally there's a Mesa Subway, a TT-800, into an 8 ohm Bag End 410- Q10BX-D, the deep version. That one gets assigned to the doom band. Very clean, but the Epi Thunderbird through the Mesa, set right, brings some gnasty and makes it stand forward, doesn't disappear at all.
There's a SanSamp Bass Fly Rig and a Broughton hpf that appears here and there...

I've nearly always used whatever rig I was gigging with at any given time at home as well. But now that I'm not actively gigging I tend to take a small 110 combo out to open mics or house jams if needed, and my former gigging rig gets played at home every once in a while. I'm way more into acoustic guitar than bass these days though, FWIW, and I very rarely do playalongs to recordings on any instrument.
With all that said, at home I play through a DIY 500 watt rack mount head and an AudioKinesis TC112AF v1 cab. This has been my primary rig since 2013 and it suits me perfectly.
EBS Reidmar 750 > Epifani 3x10 or Quilter V803 > HyDrive 4x10 (rehearsal space). I really didn't put a lot of forethought into any of the gear...it was offered-up, available, and reasonably priced. TB hype didn't hurt, either.

Rare rig, never seen one of those before. 3x10, that's unusual, but I'll bet it sounds good.
It has the ooomph of a 4x10 but with a smaller footprint and weight just below 50 lbs. 5.25 ohms but I treat it like a 4 ohm stand-alone enclosure. If buying new, I'd be leaning more toward a 2x12 as a bare minimum gig-worthy rig. The Reidmar amp smacks strongly of the EBS MicroBass 3 preamp pedal in terms of character & features.

The house rig at the weekly jam is a V4B into an Epifani 3x10 and man does it sound great! It's a little heavy compared to some of the newer stuff, but i think I would just deal with it if it was mine. The V4B just makes that thing sing!
I take one or the other for gigs, but I run the Magellan 800 into both cabs at home. Our closest neighbor is about a half mile away, so I can get silly with it sometimes
