Amplifier Covers

My first choice was one made by the mfg of my little combo practice amp(Orange)but they don`t yet make one.

Found a place that looks like they have a nice,quality product;they sell covers for most of the popular brands and models but(of course)not my Orange Crush 20B.

Not to worry!Used the simple online form and emailed them my amp measurements and I plan on buying the cover after the holidays.Cover is $35 and I`m having oranged colored trim piping(get it orange ) for an extra $11.

Oh...I found a cool embroidered "Orange" co. logo patch on ebay and they`ll sew that on the front of my cover for a buck.

I shall do that! Won`t be ordering it until either Jan. or Feb. though.

I think it`ll kind of cool with that orange trim piping and the "orange" patch on the front.Their covers are made of heavy 30 oz vinyl with an inner thick lining of soft felt.(sound like a salesman,don`t I?)

Well and good, but they are little more than dust covers. I much prefer these ... http://www.tukicovers.com ... but they're a bit pricey.

I bought a cover from those people for my Markbass CMD 102P combo when I had it; traded that combo in for a MB CMD 121H combo and bought a cover for that from the same vendor.

Both covers were well-made, quality, and fit perfectly w/o being too tight.

That`s good to know,Mr. Deckard. I guess I can`t really go wrong for a custom cover w/embellishments for under $50(not counting shipping),can I?

"Deckard" as in the movie Blade Runner? One of my personal favs!

i got these covers for my super beatle rig from www.amplifiercovers.com

the work great, they aren't padded, but the vinyl is heavy duty, it has a soft lining (like felt) on the inside, and the price was very reasonable. they made and shipped them fast too.

Musician Friend has some vinyl speaker/amp covers at good prices right now. I bought an older Peavey PA system and one of the speaker covers was missing. I measured it then compared to what was on the MF site. I got a Fender cover that was very close in size (actually fits great) for $19.99 shipped.

thanks. its an all original 1962 sea foam green p bass that i bought it in the mid-late seventies from its original owner, for only $250.00!
