Amy is too far gone!

Oh dear, I'm afraid she looks like an accident about to happpen.

Don't we all love her, and wish her well?
.

Apparently not - from this thread - and the media just love a "car-crash"!! :p

Do you think there would be any interest here or in the papers if she was normal-looking and abstemious...? :hmm:

Of course not, but how many people nowadays know the original? Many will say that this is great Amy track, while in fact it is not.

Anyway, I think she's pathetic. Yes she has problems, but she also has all the funds to support rehab programs, professional help etc etc. A lot of folks with similar issues have no such money. She simply lacks is the will to change something about her situation.

I'm glad she doesn't have kids (see Britney)

I see this as no different than Puff Daddy (or whatever the hell his name is this week) recycling Sting's "Every Breath".

Personly, I find it less offensive, perhaps because she's SINGING, and not just blathering.

The sad fact is that there's almost NOTHING new under the sun.

Prepare to have nearly everything recycled and regurgitated for the new generation...unless, of course, the old version makes GUITAR HERO :rollno:

As for Amy getting well...she needs to want it, and apparently she doesn't. You can't save someone who doesn't want to be saved. She has no children, and thus no responsibility to save herself - she needs to want to do it for HER, and apparently, she's out to kill herself.

It's tragic, and I wish I could save her...but who am I? Only she can save herself, and sadly, it looks like this won't happen.

It's hard to watch someone commit suicide in slow motion.

It's even harder to watch someone so talented do it.

 :D

Who is the bass player for Amy Winehouse? I hope and pray she gets it together. She is blessed with good music, great lyrics, a great band. That seems to carry her beautifully. All bass players should listen to "Me & Mr Jones" Isle Of Wright and BBC London live sessions and "Just Friends" live at Lollapalooza on YouTube. You will see how special Amy Winehouse is to the music world. I just hope and pray she dont throw it all away. If this is all an act, this is a bloody good show.
