Analogman Clone Chorus Question

I searched and didn't find what I was searching for so I thought I'd ask.

I'm getting a Mini Chorus with the deep mod, but I was wondering if you thought the 25 dollar Mix Knob was worth adding? Do you miss this feature? When I owned a Choralflange I set the mix about 60/40 or 70/30

I'm assuming if you don't add this feature that the mix is permanently set to 50/50. Is that so?

I'd appreciate a little insight from people who own this pedal. I know David Wilson and Nad have one, but I can't remember if theirs' had the deep mod or the mix knob.

Thanks,
Adam

Permanent deep mod on mine with no blend control, as long as the Speed is around 10 o'clock and the Depth at 2 o'clock, I couldn't ask for anything more.

Mix is set at 50/50 by the way.

I have the deep mod hardwired, and have never wished for it to be any other way. I too had a choralflange, and a large part of the appeal of the Analogman was the Keep It Simple Stupid approach. Oh yeah, and it sounds amazing too!

Agreed. The Choralflange sounded great, but it took up a lot of space and I don't think I ever found a setting where I liked both the chorus and the flanger. So it just became a double-BOSS sized chorus with a bunch of features that were never used (Stereo outputs, Flanger, etc).

Great. I appreciate your and Nad's help.
