Anbody gigging a Reeves 225...

No, but after playing through one on a couple occaisions I sure woud like to. My tube Ampegs are running strong, but if I had to replace them, the Reeves would be at the top of my list. It's built like a tank and sounds terrific.

I've got maybe 30-40 gigs on one, not a glitch so far, sounds like it did when I got it.
As nysbob said, the thing is built like a tank, I can't imagine what I would have to do to break it.
I'm fortunate enough to have a variety of rigs, and it very quickly became the only amp I use live.

What cab(s) and bass(es) do you use with it? What kind of musice do you play?

I've used a variety of cabs, Sunn, SVT fridge, SWR, etc., but I like it best with a Sunn 215S loaded with EVM15L's or K140's (different sound, but both cool), and believe it or not it sounds real good with old early 90's Hartke 410XL's.
It sounds very "old school" cool with a pair of D140F loaded Sunn 2000S cabs, but they are a real chore to move around, and it's so loud with so much bottom end that it pretty much makes for an outdoor only rig.
I usually gig with a MIA P and a MIA Jazz, but I also have a 4003, piezo StingRay, early 80's fretless G&L, and a Bart loaded Yamaha RBX 1000. I rarely use my active basses unless the gig really calls for it, but the amp sounds good with all of them. I run all of them through a Y cord into both preamps and blend the inputs for tone shaping, except the Ric which I run bridge into the bright preamp and the neck into the normal side.
As far as type of music...
Well, if you pay, I'll play. ;)
