I contend that ancient aliens didn't build temples because being as advanced as they were would have understood curtain wall and gypsum board construction which is cheaper and more economical than masonry. The result would have been on the order of today's tallest buildings, not the measly pyramids! They would have made glass windows to let the glory of the cosmos in the buildings, not dank dark tombs like the theorists claim.

There are some astonishing similarities between the construction techniques of the ancient Egyptians and those of the native populations of South America.

These 2 civilizations never met each other. The only way both could've aquired this technology had to have been ancient aliens. It's not like 2 people on opposite sides of the world could get the same idea at the same time, especially when that idea is leaps ahead of any known technologies at the time. Ships aren't that fast, plus they hadn't even crossed the ocean with one yet, so it had to be spacecraft. .

The reason the people in the original link think that they've debunked the ancient astronaut theory is because they're not looking at the bigger picture - specifically, how the space elevator and telepathic bigfoot fit into everything.
