Judging by the bathroom I would assume that this apartment is no longer habitable.. Even after it was cleaned and disinfected I don't think you can get the smell of that bathroom out of the walls.. I am guessing you would have to take everything out of that place (walls floors etc..).. I wonder if the tenant can be sued for the labor involved with restoring that place to a habitable condition?

If it wasn't for the fact that it was an apartment I would burn it.
