Today marks two years smoke-free for me!!!
Congrats man, keep up the good work... Do you notice a significant difference or what?
Nice Mark. Have you calculated how much money you have saved over those two years from not buying cigarettes?
At an even $3 per pack it comes out to $3,285..
Damn, that's a nice custom bass!!
Right on! I am using the financial savings approach with my pop right now.
I was a pack-and-a-half a day smoker for over 18 years.... Imagine how much money that comes to!!
I (thank god) quit 24 years ago. Best thing I ever did.
So do you dream about smoking?
When I quit, a pack was 60 cents. That was 29 years ago. Stick with it, your future self will be grateful.
No, past all that now... Can't stand the smell of them anymore!
I used to dream I was smoking, for a number of years, more than 2, more like 10! Didn't want one when I was awake, after a couple of weeks.
Uh-oh, there goes yer gig at the bar!
LOL, no... Still do the bar gigs but I have to immediately take a shower and throw my clothes in the washer when I get home from one!!
Actually it's the "stale" smoke smell that kills me..
Thats really awesome Mark ! Last month I have 4 years off the smokes , the smell of them makes me sick now.
Great work Mark!
There's a bar in town that's like that. You just reek when you get
home. I do the same thing, my body and hair stink and
I can't go to bed without a shower and changing.
I have no idea why my wife put up with me smoking for the
6 years she knew me before I quit. I must have totally stunk
all the time.
And when I quit k00ls were a buck and a quarter.
I dont know what smells worse fish or cigarette smoke
Fish smells like money.
Good for you. Smoke should only come out of fires, not out of your lungs.
What if your lungs are on fire?
Then you've got more pressing things to worry about..
