Another 8-string hybrid fretless/fretted

The latest: I had to recess the bridges to insure proper string height, so I made a template for routing. Then I installed tuners to mock up the strings. The playability of this one is much improved over the 1st one thanks to the stepped fingerboard.

Not yet, it's on hold for the time being. When I get it going again, I'll revive this thread.

After a long hiatus, this bass is back on the bench. I had to completely redo the fingerboard (truss rods seized) and I just finished some cool pickup covers for it.
