Sure, if the woman naturally looked like she does in the after pic there wouldnt be anything wrong. But knowing, just knowing, that its all plastic/not real, thats gross and people shouldnt do that kind of thing to themselves.
I have a friend who works in an old folks home. The old women who have had plastic surgery in their younger days dont even look human.
Thank you. Some people are so quick to judge people and tell them they're wrong for doing something they want. Its not hurting anybody.

Called 'Fan woman' because her face is the size of cooling fan.
Result of DIY plastic surgery.
Fortunately, now she looks much better becuase of corrective plastic surgery by REAL surgeons.
What does she look like now? I'm kind of curious. Its a sad story.
I heard about the Fan Woman thing before but I thought it was because she's got a tiny body and a huge head. I heard they removed 60 grams (2 pounds!) of oil and silicone from her head and another 200 grams from her neck.

She's much better now after about dozen REAL plastic surgery.

They use their own body fat or silicone implant or collagen membrane to 'enhance' their private parts.

I disagree. Getting facial surgery is kinda like saying to your parents: "You suck so hard at sex, your offspring had to have facial surgery just to avoid being run out of town with torches and pitchforks because of the ugly on their face".
That's harsh.
