I've done many gigs with people I'd never even seen before. You'd be surprised at how common it is.You guys must either be freaking awesome musicians, have balls of steel, or really be broke. Going into a public performance totally cold and putting my rep on the line without even a song list to rehearse is either really bold or really crazy IMO. Best of luck to you both.
