Any bass playing BBQ pit masters out there?

What are those pigs stuffed with, I was in the Phillipine Islands once and we had 2 suckling pigs roasted in wrapped banana leaves. Another time we soaked a wild boar in pink grapefruit juice & ice & kept draining & refilling with the juice & ice & it was KILLER!
