Any mini sized pedal lovers out there?

For effects pedals I think many micro-sized ones give up control to make it smaller, a trade-off that may work for many but not all. MXR size is a good compromise I think, even better if they manage to do top mounted jacks. Still, there are a few micros I'd like to try, from Sfx Sound, One Control, Xotic and others.

I have a few small ones though: Sfx Sound micro Thumpinator, TC Polytune Mini, One Control Mesquiet Blender, a patchbay I built myself. Utility stuff rather than effects.

Especially with TC Electronic's TonePrint, there are hardly any drawbacks to having a mini pedal. For me, the Hall of Fame would be the one TC pedal that I wouldn't want as a mini, just because (from what I found) the mini doesn't have an option for trails.

The mini's seem to act more like a single control preset device....which is fine if you have a set of tone prints that you like or a laptop nearby. Personally, I'll take the slightly larger version and have the extra control knobs. I'd rather have direct control than a series of presets.

I have Mooer Sweeper that is a very good update of the EHX Bass Balls. Have not seen any others that will fill any gaps for me.

Just wanted to chime in (a little late) as I just grabbed one of these literally a half hour ago - it really does the trick, sounding like a tiny bassballs with a bit less fuzz. I dig it, especially running clean in front of a bit of OD.

I agree the TC Toneprint Mini pedals are really nice. I've got the Shaker Mini and I only really need one sound from it, but it's great that with the software I can set it up so that sound is right there with all the knobs dimed - no trouble dialing it in if a knob gets moved. :)

I also really, really like that the footswitch can be set to momentary so the effect is only active when I'm holding it. I wish more pedals had that feature.

I would love all my pedals to be mini because I could put 20 or 30 of them on my PT Jr. Of course, I would either kill myself tripping on them or step on 3 or 4 accidentally so I better not ;) but I do have a couple mini pedals and they're great, and I wish you could get every good pedal in that format.

i want all my pedals to be mini, so i could sneak them onto a plane. no one would know until it was too late.
I hate to burst your bubble, but you can take regular sized pedals on a plane. I've done it many times. The VT Deluxe I usually end up having to pull out and put it in a bin at the security line, but your average sized pedals are no problem.
