I really just need something simple, yet versatile.. that will give a little boost w/ some dirt and not lose low end. Been looking all over the place, but there are so many out there its overwhelming. What are your top 3 OD and why?

blues driver mmmI'm a fan of my Digitech Badder Bad Monkey, which is the Bad Monkey pedal specifically modified for bass by Scott Humpreys. You will find many strong reviews for this pdeal, and I've used mine for 2-3 years.

I believe you can buy them modified or send one to them. They do great work!
Sansamp Tech21 DI pedal - tons of extra options, not to mention some great OD.
As always I'll recommend the Musiciansounddesign Silverstone.

It's great for low gain OD with no bottom loss and a lot of flexibility with it's three pots and one switch.
