I was on my phone earlier... so I can reply better now :)

I only order stuff from a couple places and have ZERO complaints with any of them...

For juice
Invalid Link Removed

For atomizers and misc bits and pieces
Avid Vaper : Personal Vaporizers and Accessories

For Drip Tips (I like their 'Ming' style)
Free | E- | Electronic | Electric | Smokeless | Cigarettes | NY | CT | Cherry Vape

For Drip Shields
EmpireMods

and for the mods I use
Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid - Great Lakes Vapor

Avid should be able to supply you with a nice starter kit.

I'd go for either of these:

and then hit Sweet-vapes up for a sampler of flavors... Nic level you are going to want to start with somewhere between 24mg and 32mg. Go with a 50/50 blend of VG and PG then as you get it figured out you can move to more or less of either. In a nutshell, VG makes big vapor but can leave the flavor flat, PG takes flavor better but can be weak in the vapor production.

I just happened to find my janty stick the other day while digging through some boxes looking for something else. I happened to have an atomizer that worked, and have been enjoying "red bull" flavor since finding it. I had some smokes while on the road today, and honestly by comparison the smoking was awful. I ordered 10 new 801 attys, a passthrough, and a drip tip (what it does I am not sure) and plan to use this more often. Much more convenient than going to the garage to freeze/smoke. Screwdriver was still king (I had one and broke several switches), and the janty stick was still decent when I quit following the stuff. What's the latest/greatest developments since then?

I'm all about the Great Lakes Vapor mods... I have 2 and will eventually get a 3rd. Great switch, nice custom finishes, etc. Alt Smoke has the 'Silver Bullet' that is a better / nicer version of the screwdriver.

The drip tip is a mouth piece with a hole big enough to direct drip into.

As far as latest/greatest, new isn't always better... but the variable voltage stuff is all the rage the last little while.

Mine are 'mini GLV2' and run about $100... the big 5v and/or GLV3 stuff gets a bit pricier.

Like most 'high end' gear, used is usually a good way to go

I've bought and sold a few mods there on my way to finding the GLV stuff.

Yup, I was on there quite a bit back in the day, but the traffic moves so fast there....by the time I see a classified, look it up to research it....if I wanted it and it was a great deal, it's gone.

Has anyone else found that their skin is extremely sensitive to the nicotine juice? It is almost like instant poison ivy when it comes into contact with my epidermis!

It could be the VG or PG you are sensitive to.

Be careful with the term vaping. It applies to marijuana use also, hence "vaporizer". Just a tip so you don't get labeled for something you aren't ;)

Sorry, 'vaping' IS 'using an electronic cigarette'... and illegal uses are the minority at this point.

I've gotten a liitle on my fingers, but had no reaction. As James suggested, it could be the VG or PG you're sensitive too. If you get a bad reaction from certain soaps, it could be PG, as it is used in making homemade soap.
VG is very cheap, and can be found in the first aid section at some drug stores. If you can, try both of those first, but have something handy to wipe it off with quickly if a reaction starts.
Nicotine will absorb thru the skin easily, so be careful with it.

No problems with juice on my skin.
I just received my newest mod from Madvapes,"The Bolt" .

Liking it a lot so far. I also got the extender so that I can use two 3.7 volt batteries that I have so many of. One thing I particularly like about the bolt is that it's not rounded on the end like my GLV, so it will stand up without falling over. I've been using a tank system from Madvapes; loving it too.
Vaping some menthol mixed with chocolate mint right now. I mix everything with menthol. Funny thing, never cared for menthol when I smoked cigs.
Tried many times to quit cigs. This is the only thing that has worked. At first, I vaped a little, smoked a little. I have been completely off of cigs for about 8 months now.
