Anyone ever just get tired...

It's not like I have a 'ton' and it's not like they were uber-expensive, but being more a drummer than anything, I drum more than I play bass or play guitar.

And I do work at a music store, maybe that's the problem! ;) .

It's more just I look at my Aerodyne and a couple of my cheap guitars (like low-end Jackson kind of thing) and wonder why I still keep them and I was wondering if anyone else just gets the sudden urge to keep like two or three basses and two guitars and ditch the rest?

This last year I've also 'tried' a few different varieties of basses including a fretless, acoustic and a 5 string and I've found I still go back to 4s, fretless is ok and acoustic I use occasionally at jams, but they will never get the same amount of play as my other basses. My 5 is slowly taking over, so it's in the keep pile.

Why would you give up being a musician in favor of playing drums?:hiding:
