Ok guys I know this is a strange request but I need someone in the Strasbourg area to go and talk to someone at "Musique Shop". I have ordered an item one month ago (note: it said "in stock") and since then I had to send them several emails and attempt a dozen phone calls before they finally told me the item is not available and we have to wait for it to be restocked. Now, this item has been discontinued, it will never be restocked, I told them, and for sure they already knew it, nevertheless they took my money and I can't do anything from here. I need someone to get there and talk to someone and tell them to cancel my order and refund me because it's never going to be completed. Of course after my request they went silent once more. I live in Italy, I can't literally go there myself. The reason why I purchased something there is, as I said, that this item is discontinued and they seemed to be one of the few shops in the whole EU zone to have it available.
