Having trouble cuts out on headphones. Brand new headphones new 1/4 adapter new insturment cable tried with 5 other basses. Still having problems and darkglass wont reply. Does anyone know if the gain is too high can either overpower headphones ot if its just a faulty head.

Is the amp otherwise functional? Have you tried the headphones in something else? I assume that you contacted customer service at DG directly by email? There is a DG users group on tha book as well. Might want to ask there.
