Double Bass Anyone know what strings these are?

Does anyone know what kind of strings these are? I checked with the quinnviolins.com site, and and it didn't recognize what they were based on the silk color, except for the string with the pink top end, which it said was a Super Sensitive Pinnacle. Can anyone confirm this for me please? Pictures attached.
Thanks

Yes, they are on the bass and they appear to be quite old, although there is no way to tell how old, as a friend of mine bought this old German Rauner bass and these are the strings that are on it. I totally love these strings that are on it. They are VERY flexible (almost like gut), and feel like butter - so they're probably rope cores. They do sound very nice - both pizz and arco. I sent these photos to the Super Sensitive company, and they said that these are their Pinnacles. They could be just trying to sell me strings, however.:eyebrow:

Francois, thanks for the information. I don't see, however, why you think these are Lycons. I've searched several posts here in TB, and every post regarding the silk color of Lycons say that they are light blue (or royal blue), not purple. Am I missing something here?
