Anyone know what this remote is for?

That looks like the remote I got with my MAC. The only thing I ever used it for was doing slide shows. It was handy because the slides were on an overhead and I didn't have to sit at my computer.

That's a first generation iPod shuffle. I have one of those somewhere in a desk drawer.

It's the remote for a desktop iMac. I have one stuck to the side of my old iMac desktop downstairs.

Ipod shuffles don't have the menu button. Can't have much of a menu on an ipod with no screen.
