Perhaps an old Traynor with a different grill. The striping over the top on the edges triggered that guess. There was another make back in the 70's that my fading memory says is GBX that looked like that as well.
I'd also say an old Traynor. What's in that, an 18?
My first new cabinet back in about 76 was a Traynor folded horn cab with a Cerwin Vega 18 and 2 front loaded 8's. It had the same chrome and rubber bumper strips on each side but it was a weird mint green tolex. Woof woof.
