Anyone use a TC Dark Matter?

Hey guys

Can you enlighten me on the attributes of the TC Dark Matter, and what it might compare with? I couldn't find any Youtube vids with the pedal being used for bass.

I had one a while back but it's been so long I don't remember the specifics on it or what it would compare to now since I've had so many after it.

But as a general idea, here's a clip I did of it:

They're being blown out really cheap at the moment (£36 from Hotrox in the UK for the Dark Matter and Mojomojo) so I searched for it on here and at least one user complained of major low end loss.

Yup I had one for a while but even with the bass level cranked there was too much low end loss.

I have a MojoMojo and disagree if you are saying there's a loss of low end. Be sure the "voice" switch is in the proper position. Even with the Bass control flat (12 o'clock) I have very little loss of low end.

I don't know about the Darkmatter, however.

I found that the Dark Matter's bass control has to be at max to retain a decent amount of low end.

The MojoMojo, however, has low end for days!
