Hello, not sure if anyone else is using an Apogee Jam+, but I am wondering if you are able to get sound to come through the speakers in iOS? It only works for me when I have headphones plugged in. I expect the audio to come out of the ipad when I disconnect the headphones, but instead I get nothing. thanks!

Why would the internal speakers work with an external audio interface? The two aren’t connected. You could create aggregate audio devices to accomplish that on a computer but I doubt iOS devices offer that option.

What do you mean they aren't connected? How does the audio get into the DAW software then? Of course they are connected. Data flows both ways.

The audio on the ipad (for example, a metronome or other tracks) actually stops coming out of the speaker when the jam is plugged in, and out of the headphone out on the jam. The website has some troubleshooting information on the audio not coming out of the ipad when the headphones are disconnected, but none of it seems to apply to my problem.
