I want bluetooth earbuds and the apple ones are the only kind that ever comfortably fit my ears. I'm considering spending the ridiculous amount of money they cost if I can verify that they'll last. Has anyone been using the same set for a few years? Has anyone had good experiences with any of the fake versions that are the same shape? There are a few on Amazon with a suspicious consensus of five star reviews. I'll be using them with an android phone but from everything read that's not a problem.

I have is mine for 3/4 months & love them ! Very natural sound. Much much different / better than the wired apple earbuds. Good microphone quality & they stay in my ears great! Also easily pair with phone / tablet / laptop

I highly reccomend !

I tried AirPods and found them extremely uncomfortable and bothersome. To me they’re just wireless EarPods. They don’t conform to the shape of my ear canal. They fall out constantly. And I didn’t think they sounded especially great. I returned them.

These on the other hand sound AMAZING, and they’re comfortable, and if they do fall out, they won’t hit the pavement and shatter. They come with 4 or 5 different sized silicone rubber tips. The tips conform to the shape of your ear canal. They’re half the price. I love them. This particular model is discontinued but still available.

I've heard good things about those and as much as I dislike apple products, and will feel ridiculous with white plastic things hanging out of my earlobes, their earbuds are the only ones that were ever comfortable for me and actually stay in my ear. The shape on the ones you posted that seem to be so common never stay in my ear even with all the various sizes rubber tips they give you. I've been looking at alternatives all day long online and none has the same shape that I know works, besides the counterfeits.

I dig mine- had them for 10 months. Bought them for gym use but I use them for everything now. One of the mics has recently gotten dodgy so I’ll be sending it in for warranty repair. They’re a little bigger than EarPods so they stay in better, and I use little thin foam covers when running so they never fall out.

I’ve never been able to use Apple earpods. They just do not stay in for me unless I REALLY jam them in. Then they’re very uncomfortable. I probably have deformed ear canals. Lol.

Since the style you posted seem to be so common you probably have properly formed ears.

Has battery life held up?

The AirPods fit differently even though they look the same as the wired EarPods.
For the record I find the wired EarPods don’t fit me well at all but the wireless AirPods work great and stay in my ears , hiking walking my dog , at gym etc.

I'm a fan of Monoprice products in general, and I'm considering trying these. I have a pair of their wired BT earbuds that cost $15 that I use for the gym, and they sound great. But now that I'm using public transport in the freezing cold weather, the wire gets in the way when I'm wearing my winter gear.
