These unknown flats came on a bass. They are smooth like DTF’s, and seem a little stiffer than FL’s. I don’t have a micrometer but the G looks 47-ish and the E is 107-ish. The silks are a purplish-orange. Does anyone recognize them? Thanks!

Do they have silk at the ball end? Are the ball ends color-coded, red-white-blue-gold?

Ball ends are brass, like my older DTFL’s. They’re not black at all, they’re typical Labella smooth finish but not “polished smooth” like Chromes. The silks do seem orangey, but they’ve also been through some “climate change, moving from Houston to New England.
A picture can be deceiving depending on the lighting. The strings themselves looks black and the silk is burgundy in the above pic, at least to my eyes.

Sure. Sorry my colors aren’t clearer, but burgundy is close. You can easily see the brass ends and smooth wraps.
Looking at the way the ball end is finished without silk, they're definitely LaBella. My initial guess would have been an older version of the Low Tension Flats with the burgundy silk. But I was confused when you wrote they were "a little stiffer than the FL".
Would you have a magnifying glass so you can have a close look at the core wire around those ball ends to see if they're hex or round?
No, I don’t have a mic. I checked them visually against FL’s and they looked a tad thicker. I’ll check out the ball wrap later and get back. Thx!
Another thing you can do... Measure their lengths from the ball end to the first taper/start of silk. If they're in fact LaBella DTF, the E should be shorter (36.75") than the other three (38").

No. Only the LTF's have had burgundy silk that I know of.
760FX (39-96) = avocado green (used to be orange-ish red)
760FL (43-104) = orange-ish red (used to be red)
760FS (45-105) = black
760FM (49-109) = dark blue
0760M (52-110) = dark blue

La Bella "normal" flatwounds are actually called Deep Talkin' BASS Flats (Standard, in the case of the 760FS set). So it should be DTB flats, or DTBF.
However, eradicating "DTF" from this subforum is not a hill I for one am willing to die on.
