Aria SB600 Refurb

Hi

This has potentially been discussed before, but I'm hoping to receive some advice in regards to a full restoration of an 1983 Aria SB600 I have recently purchased.

I'm in the process of stripping the body back to bare wood before refinishing in its original colours. The purchased body did not come with any hardware or electrics. This is where I'm looking for some advise as I need to obtain the following items and have no idea where to look.

1. Bridge to fit into the original recess
2. Tuners
3. Wiring Harness, Pots, Switch & Input Jack
4. Brass Nut

Any help / advise would be greatly appreciated, I'm not looking to create an exact replica of the original but am looking to create something that looks visually similar with new upgraded parts.

Apperently there is not much Aria Pro II Bass Aficionados around !
At least me and you...
Did you get to work on your SB 700
project ?
I own about 10 'Collectable' Aria Bass,
SB 700 included (see through amber).
Completly Rebuilt to original spec.
But all original parts were ok.
For thé pickup you can check 'Rautia guitars' on line, (finland) this Guy hand built all the original Aria pickups.
For thé spécific Bridge, they some time show up on Ebay, there is one actually for sale on a French site 'leboncoin.fr' (kinda 'graiglist')
Original knobs (spécial shape) could be made with a 3D printer but you would the original ( or file )
For thé wiring : quite simple as it is 1 volume 1 tone.
I wish I could send you picture of mine but I live in the Caribbean and my Aria collection is in France (by my parents) Hurricanes are too wild those last years....

Man I would dig through the internet and see if there's anyone selling parts or maybe a busted aria that you can salvage the parts off of. eBay, reverb, craigslist, offer up, even a local garage sale or thrift store you might strike gold. Good luck! Good news is that you can get a harness set up or preamp of any kind you want and it'll work. Tuners I would try to find some of the same style and same thing with tone knobs and the nut. The bridge should be a little more scarce but if you get desperate you can make something work.

There's a HUGE Aria thread that's been going for years here. A lot of great advice over there and a fair chance someone might have some spare parts.
