at $30 it cost cheaper than my preferred string - labella deep talking.

I know this is an old thread, but I just got the "mini" version - ABL-3. I'm trying it out and I have to say it doesn't seem half bad. It has level, Attack, and Threshold knobs. Plus the LED changes color when it's active. I'm not sure of the ratio, but it feels high enough. I've been able to get it to do a pretty fair job of limiting without any noticeable "pumping" or clicking. The knobs didn't seem intuitive at first - they seemed to act "backwards" - but once I got past that I found it fairly easy to dial in. I'm no expert but for $24.99 shipped on Amazon I really thing it's a bargain. I'd love to have our friend over at OvniLab review one.
