ART SGX Nightbass question

Hi I just picked up an ART SGX Nightbass rack for the studio. I noticed it does not have an off/on button/switch for power. The fact that it has a tube makes me a little reluctant to simply kill the power strip every time I turn it off and on. Does anyone have any thoughts on controlling the power? Or maybe I'm missing a menu button to push to power on/off this unit?

The manufacturer didn't include a power switch, but i don't think they meant for it to never be powered down... it should be quite safe to kill the power to the device...
