Double Bass Artist BAH400 400W amplifier

Has anynone experience with the amp? And/or the 'Artist' brand in general.

Interestingly enough, since the amp is 400 watts into 4 ohms,it's a 268 watt amp into a standard 8 ohm cabinet. So it isn't a exceptionally
Powerful amp.

I do realise that but I just want to use with a 8 ohm cabinet (15 inch 150 w speaker with bass reflex) in medium settings (big cafe, small hall). I am just curious if anyone has expereince with the quality.
