They sell replicas I bought Invalid Link Removed bass from them.
I owned a few authentic Thunderbird basses in the past but after I had one stolen I wanted a replica to take on the road with me when I do bar gigs.
Their bass was surprisingly very well made other than replacing their cheap Chinese pickups that came with the bass, its great for the price.

I found this thread while trying to research this company. They have a Flying V that I want so badly that I can almost taste it. However, I haven't been able to find anything good or bad beyond this post. So I was wondering if any of you (or anyone else on this forum) has any further experience with ashaudio.com. I really want that guitar, and know I would probably have to replace the pickups and strings, but I want to hear anything anyone has learned since this thread was opened. Thanks for any info you can give.

He wants for be a professional (rock star!) musician and will be going on to music college next September, so I've ordered this to add to his collection of guitars as a Christmas present! It looks so beautiful!
I placed the order on the 30th November. Shipping says 12-23 business days, but requires an additional 30-45 days to build. on Tuesday the 3rd December i emailed Ash Audio asking if they could confirm ETA and to my surprise the reply was that the guitar was being shipped that day and will take 2 weeks ("approx due to holidays") to arrive. Hopefully, this means he'll get in time for Christmas, which would be great as he has no idea!!
If you go on the website, there are a couple of reviews and one guy says he was impressed with the quality and didn't' even feel like he needed to change anything.
I'll give you my son's review when he's had a chance to thrash it for a few weeks!

Yes!!! That's the one. Awesome. I have been waiting patiently for more information (but picked up a vintage B.C. Rich Warbeast in the meantime) about this V. I would really appreciate any further details you can post after he gives it a good tryout. I still want one of those in a bad way. Because you can never have enough guitars. Haha.
