Ashdown Low Rider Bass

I am liking the look of the new Ashdown Low Rider (Fenderbird) Entwistle effort, I look forward to hearing some demos!

It looks nice, but I'd like to see a version with single coils instead ot the double MM. Maybe a double P?

I was told by a man who should know that the Firebird shaped one has a slim J neck. Same outstanding factory and CNC machining as the D.Lakin basses.

Any news news on these low rider basses. I have been wishing to see one but feel like none have made it state side....

Dan Lakin was the only one that got some for sale in the USA and it was only a handful. They will be coming more regularly but I guess because of demand and production slowness it hasn't happened yet. I got an Arc bass from Dan when he got them in and its amazing. I am not sure anyone else here has an Ashdown bass but I know some members have played them.
