Ashdown 'Superfly' Trouble - Help?

I've had it for about a year and the other-night, after playing thru it for about an hour and a half, I turned it off for a split second, and then turned it back on a split second later, in-order to save the pre-sets I had just set as per each eq level..
BUT, instead of the normal lights flickering up/down on the gain, master and eq itself, nothing happened accept the following:

1. power-light = lit-up
2. the compression '0.0' display was blank.
3. *no signal was heard thru the bass which was still inputed.
4. the 5K (highest) eq-meter was lit fully, all of the way to the top of the light meter.

After-turning it off, and on a gain, and letting it sit, de-plugged for 5 and then 10 minutes, still nothing.

The fuse was not blown either.

***Does/Has anyone had this, or heard of this happening before..???

**And does anyone have an idea of how to get this thing looked-at/serviced in the NYC-Metro area..??

*Could this be related to how damn HOT the thing gets after only minimal playing.. The night it "broke", it was being played as I normally play it, as follows:

Pre-set: #11
Gain: 1.0 (compression)
Vol: set at just shy of 'Noon', or 45%
*also have a Sans-Amp DI box, with most of the settings at 'Noon' ON at all times.
** bass is an 'active', 02' Modulus VJ-4.

All feedback/suggestions/help is greatly appreciated..!!
