Started as sophomore in college at 18 in ‘66. I’m 74 now, so playing for 56 years. Still gigging 1-3 nites a week: jazz, funk, blues, rock, whatever… It’s been a long run for sure.

Not really . I started at 19 and played till 22, then quit for 7 years for different reasons and now restarted at 30 . Still in the first laps thoughyep, those cats are in the "brave" group!
