ATK or Douglas?

Found an ATK300 on Ebay for $299 and I just couldn't pass it up.

I'm always a sucker for a natural finish. I figured one project bass is enough for now (the SX). I think this will probably be my first instrument I own (aside from my acoustics) that I won't have much of a need to mod the crap out of, which is nice for a change.

ATK all the way. I got a 1995 ATK305 and i will never look back. not a cliche here, it really has cured all my bass gas. i love the tone, my soundman, and multiple worship leaders at my church love it too. it sits well in a mix and has a usable tone for the soundguys....its great. it is a little heavy but i have a 4 1/2 inch strap for it ;) its really sturdy and durable too. get one!
