atk question

I recently came across an Ibanez atk300 for sale. They are asking $365, but are willing to work on the price. There is some minor fret wear, and the neck needs adjusted slightly. But other than that it is in very good condition. Is this a good price? Also does this bass have a passive mode? Thanks in advance.

No passive mode. That seems a bit steep, IMO, but I've never been on the lookout for a 4 string, and really can't tell how long its been since I've even seen an ATK for sale. I would think the $300-$325 range would be appropriate.

I recently bought an ATK300 in near-perfect condition for $350 plus shipping, generic hard case included. I did a little shopping around beforehand, and that's about the average they go for.
