Saturday August 15th starting at 4:00pm. It was canceled at one point but now it is back on. I apologize for any confusion. It is at my place. For address and any other info shoot me a pm and I'll get you hooked up. This should be a blast! Gonna throw some food on the grill too.

If everybody is good with burgers I'll take care of them on the grill. If somebody is not good with a burger just let me know and I can accommodate you, as it would absolutely be no problem. It's looking like about five or six as of now. But I could be wrong I haven't been keeping up. Yes I also have a drummer coming over with his drums to give you guys some fun times. I do recommend to bring a stand if you like to use one. Other than that Y'all bring what you like to drink and if you haven't got the address yet hit me up on a PM.
47th you better have Big Pappa Lardi with you.:bassist:

Pappa is shined up and cranked up and ready to go!
A couple of questions...
Let's go back to how many folk / how much broccoli salad. My bride is happy to show off that dish, but asks about how much to make...enough for 6 or 7? enough for a dozen?
Just wonderin'. I told her that since this this is being organized by bass players...:roflmao:... we might not know until I get there.

A question / favor: If anyone has a 'looper' and would be willing to bring it along and give me a lesson I would be greatly appreciative. I'd be very interested to learn how to....wait for it...
play with myself...

...lookin' forward to Saturday!

I will not be staying for dinner as I have dinner plans back in ATL w/wife later that evening. I do have the single button Ditto Looper on my small pedal board that I can bring.

Who's the drummer?

Dang, wish I had seen this sooner.. :(
You could start driving now. Where is new hope anyhow?
Yeah Tom I think your numbers and plan on the dish is probably good. I just went by the store and stocked up and I was gonna throw this out there too. If any of you guys coming got any CD's, records or tapes of yourself then by all means bring'em! This should be a blast. Again hit me up anybody that has questions.

So...We play the hand we are dealt, with no acrimony.
Believe me when I tell ya; there is only one place I'd rather be today than Auburn, Ga...and I am there right now. My bride woke up with a 101 fever and non-stop nausea y'day morn. We were hoping it would be a one day affair, but it is dragging on. We knew that we were babysitting our 15 month old grand daughter today and tonight, but Nancy was happy to take all of the responsibility, while I joined you guys for the evening. That's not going to happen now.
I just put the baby down for her nap, and when she gets up she is all mine. That's what I mean when I say 'this is the only place I'd rather be than in Auburn'...holding and playing with that lil one.
Disappointed? Of course...
Happy with my lot in life? YOU BET!
Have a great time!
We'll try again sometime soon...perhaps up here at Casa Kirk!
