Hi...It's my first time posting here. I admire your playing greatly and I'm looking forward to hearing you play some metal D) bass on the next James LaBrie CD. And also looking forward for you upcoming instr. dvd.

I do want to buy your new CD, but I'm a little impatient and I'm thinking to get the mp3s if they have good quality (320k would be optimal), so I guess my question is, do you know how good the mp3 files are on CDbaby? I know that Amazon offers 256k mp3s and iTunes is not an option for me (doesn't run on Linux).

The LaBrie CD was great - there are some pretty cool bass lines on there.

The MP3s on CD Baby are encoded at top-audiophile-quality, higher than iTunes.
