Attachments are not embedded and link gives error

Today, I put up a post for a Doublebass that I was looking at. Put in three photos. They are not showing up, only a link to them. The link gives this error:

You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

I have never seen this before. Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug? I recently upgraded to a lifetime membership.

How are you embedding the photos? The way I do it (Windows user here) is to double-click the pic to open it, then clicking the three dots at the top (More) and selecting "Copy". Then I paste it into the post like so:

The other way is I host the image on imgur.com and add it via the picture link.

I just placed another photo and it worked fine. Must be something weird with that post. I added the photos in an edit after I posted the original post. Maybe that is why it didn't work.

I just deleted the links and uploaded the photos and placed them again and it works now. Must have been a glitch in the matrix.
