i don't know if the bass playing little person (pc term in the northeast circa 2006?) in my area identified as dwarf or not, but he played both 4/4 upright and 34" Fenders and, when on his feet, was no taller than my elbows. He was usually on a stool and walked with a cane.

Srsly tho- nah, he had a normal shaped head, he was just really small. The cane may or may not have had something to do with an injury. He was at least in his 50s last I saw him.

I did that for about ten years when the kids were younger. I've always been a defenseman. They're the bass players of the hockey team. Goalie's the drummer, of course. Forwards are all guitar players, noodling all over the ice. Occasionally you get a jazz man like Gretzky who stands out blowing his Charlie-Parker-like runs, or a trumpeter like Lemieux, but mostly forwards are guitar bangers. I've always appreciated creative puck-moving d-men who were like Jaco (Letang), but I'm more of a stay at home (deep in the groove) shut-down kind of guy.

I like this, very elegant. I'm a right winger mostly though...
