Atypical Talkbass...

I did that for about ten years when the kids were younger. I've always been a defenseman. They're the bass players of the hockey team. Goalie's the drummer, of course. Forwards are all guitar players, noodling all over the ice. Occasionally you get a jazz man like Gretzky who stands out blowing his Charlie-Parker-like runs, or a trumpeter like Lemieux, but mostly forwards are guitar bangers. I've always appreciated creative puck-moving d-men who were like Jaco (Letang), but I'm more of a stay at home (deep in the groove) shut-down kind of guy.

I like this, very elegant. I'm a right winger mostly though...

Stapp called Bell's Theorem "the most profound discovery of science." Note that he says science, not physics. Agree/Disagree?
I like Bell's seasoning better than his theorem. :p

Why not?

Not counting things that are against the rules, what are things we rarely or never hear about on Talkbass?

I can't think of much.

Dwarf bass players?

Scuba Diving?

Marbles. Nobody talks about marbles here.

Help?

You're just going to push this as far as you can, aren't you, Joe? :)

What's next? Prototypical Talkbass? Preternatural Talkbass?
