Scuba Diving -- yep been certifiable for 20+ years. Mostly dove all over Florida the Keys (lived there 10 years) -- the Fresh Water Springs in the Pan handle/Central Fl and the Bahamas ---

Ebony according to some. The ultimate tone wood. Once you have played that, maple doesnt cut it anymore.

I've never seen maple cut ebony. Has it evolved into a predatory tree? Or has ebony just evolved tougher bark armor?

The ebony works best on 35" scale while maple is only found on the short scale gear.
