Audacity help

Is anyone here on the Audacity forum? Audacity Forum - Index page

I'm trying to get registered but not getting the confirmation email. I have sent four messages through their "contact us" link and no response. I also left a message on their facebook page.

Could one of you get on the forum and ask them if they could respond to me. User name: gtmalone

I have used Audacity but had not registered at the forum until a few seconds ago. I had no problems registering and getting a confirmation email. Have you checked your spam folder?

I just signed up too, and it all worked fine. Check your spam folder

I have checked the spam, trash, and every possible folder. The conf email was not received and I've not received a response from the four requests for help.

Any help is appreciated.

This may seem simple, and I’m not insulting your intelligence, but, please double check for typos. Especially in your email address. I’ve made mistakes like that before.

Thanks. I'm sure I have it correct and I used the same email on their "contact us" page four times.

I also do not have one of the email services they say not to use.

Solved. Appears the email domain is a problem with the Audacity forum. Used a GMail addr and it worked.
