audere classic 4- mid boost

can anyone offer an opinion on this: i'm deciding b/w an aguilar opb-3 preamp and an audere classic 4- I've never played either one before.

I know the audere can boost the mid around 250 which sounds awesome to me- but i also know the aguilar can be modded to do the same.

any opinions on which i should go for?

Audere. Simple installation and no mods needed for the mids boost. Both sound good, but the Audere seems easier. Of course it's always what you want in the end anyways.

audere also, not only you get a highly flexible preamp, you also get quality pots!!!
