AUDERE PREAMP

Hi I put a Audere classic 4band pre in my trb1006,
The pickups are wired red wires hot
,the white wire`s to the preamp ground wire,
the braided wire that is part of the pickup lead I soldered together and taped them off!
The two earth wires that are screwed into the pickup cavities I fixed to the main cavity!
Hope this is some help to you!!!!!!:hiding:

Thanks

I think I'll buy a preamp now that I know how to hook up the guitar wires because many people had problems with trb1006 and custom preamp
Do i need audere preamp with 2 capatitors allready installed in it ?
And one more thing about audere is that they dont shipping to Croatia, how to order it ?

when you say about the two capacitors on the pickups do you mean the ones you put on the pickup wires for active pickups?
because if so you dont need them because the Yamaha pickups are passive!
As for shipping to your country you could try contacting Audere to see what they suggest I found them really helpful!:hyper:

I did not know that the pickups are passive, does not seem to need capacitors.
trb1006 has the pickup with a core and ghoust core of the second winding and it is unclear to me becausee there are humbucker(need 2. core)

I sent them a mail (service@...) a few days ago but they did not respond

I think it sounds a lot better now it seems to have a better tonal range to my mind!
I always thought that the Yamaha pre sounded to weak unless you used the extreme ranges of the boost them it could be to much if that makes any sense to you????

I have just ordered a pair of SGD sidewinder pickups to see if that gives me more of the tone that I want!:hiding:

Yes that is the correct link for Audere all I can say is just keep trying them!!!!

IMHO the pre amp is well worth doing and I don`t think you will be disapointed:bassist::)
