I downloaded this for mac. How do you sync your computer to AX3000B ? I dont see a USB port on Korg

I bought a MIDI to USB patch cable. Works fine with that (on a Vista PC). Pretty useful too - the software is pretty good for editing settings, since most values are there on screen. Particularly useful when you want to edit effects assigned to the expression pedal.

Idler, do you need both midi in and midi out ? Like this cable ?

Sorry it took a bit of time to reply - yep, that looks like the same sort of thing as I have - MIDI in & out to single USB.

When I first got mine, it didn't work at first. I fiddled with it for ages & nothing worked until I swapped the MIDI cables around (i.e in to out & vice versa) and it worked perfectly after that. I'm a complete MIDI noob so I don't know if I was doing it wrong at first or the connectors are swapped over on the cable or something.

Anyway, enjoy! It's a pretty handy bit of software.
