BA-210 ports

I recently had my BA-210 affected by one of the hurricanes hear in St. Pete, FL. I was able to salvage everything but the two cardboard/paper speaker ports. I would like to replace them but I don't know the specs/details of the ports. Any help would be appreciated! I found this port listed on Amazon and it appears that it would fit but I'm sure it would need trimming.

Diameter & Length are the 2 things that matter for this.
The first of these you'll be able to get close enough from measuring the existing holes, for sure.
Is there enough material present (on the upper one in your pic) that you can effectively manipulate it back into its original configuration, at least to get a ballpark measurement of its length?
Once you have that, there are plenty options for replacement port tubes - Parts Express will be about the biggest retailer in the US for bits like this, or you may find something suitable at a local hardware store - you can always buy something slightly longer and cut it down to length if you can't find something with the exact length.

PS, just a couple of other thoughts - did the whole thing get submerged to cause this level of damage? If so, the driver and amp may be suspect - be careful when first powering it up if so, and try it out a very low volumes at first - listen carefully for any unusual sounds, especially scraping from the driver, and stop if you do hear anything like that.

Thanks David for your reply. Yes, I checked everything for water damage and the speakers got some on the hardware but cone and electronics were ok. I have powered up the system and it works normally so far. Fortunately, the water was not in there long. I am in the process of removing both speakers and once that is done, I may be able to reposition the one port's paper tube to get a possible length. The port tube picture I attached has an adequate diameter to fit the port hole and the lip of the port should seat correctly. My assumption is that i will need to cut down the length of the tube.
