Bacchus Handmade?

Im currently shopping for a jazz bass and don't want to spend too
much. This one I found at what seems to be a decent price for a decent looking bass. I just don't know much about them. From what I've gathered, this one is Japanese made and people seem to like them. So that's promising. But I can't find a headstock with this logo on my searches so far. The only logos of the Handmade series that I've seen so far has it written under the Bacchus logo. This one has it across the headstock. It might be that this is an older version. Also, what's up with the bridge? Funky looking! Does anyone out there have an insight to this bass? Year and quality, exc? Thanks

They use that type of bridge on quite a few of their more expensive basses.
I have a Woodline...Hand Crafted FM Custom.
Nicest jazz bass I've ever played.
You might be right. That one might be an older model. You might want to ask in one of the Bacchus threads, too.

It's an old model. From what I can gather they had that logo for a short while ('05 or so) before switching to a more modern looking one.

It matches the 05 WOOD-LINE 4 TURBO (pretty cool name in my opinion) in the '2005 BASS' catalog, so it might be that. The bridge is called the 'Bacchus DB'.

In any case, Handmade + Bacchus + MIJ is a good combo.

My 2009 Woodline doesn't have that bridge or headstock logo, if that helps. It's also the best bass I've owned, perhaps the best I've played.
