Back from refret&PLEK, WOW, (Music Gallery)

Just brought my bass home from having a refret and PLEK and man it’s amazing. I know a human can do just as good of a job but I am SO HAPPY to finally have my original neck back on and playing like butter! The guys at The Music Gallery in Highland Park IL do an amazing job! Was very fortunate to have some relatives hear about my neck going south and really missing it. This last Christmas everyone gave me cash and I was able to pay for the job. Everyone at the shop were very eager to help and I felt at ease leaving it while they worked on it. Pete and George do the work together and really know their stuff. If you are in the Chicagoland area I would check them out. They also have possibly the only collection of the 6 NOS diamond edition fender strats in existence. Tons of custom shop guitar’s on the walls, was drooling I aslo added the A string retainer which is now a must for me as the MIA jazz and P’s didn’t come with them back in 08’…..
