Okay, real talk. What are the practical applications of this speaker?

From the website, it would appear it's a subwoofer designed for movie theatres. All right, but for most theatres I've been to, this would be drastic overkill. Which venues would have need of this? Genuinely asking.

Deliver subsonics I imagine. Feel the building shake as the bombs explode, that sort of thing. I wonder if there's an implication on building maintenance. There was an incident recently in London where a theatre ceiling collapsed on the audience. That was caused by a water leak, but I wonder if it is possible to shake the building apart with this kit. Of course its very low energy compared to real life building shaking events, but I still wonder...
