If your cab doesn't have a port at the top, you'll want to specify a front lip that is strictly one 90 degree angle @ about 1.5 - 2.0 inches. The F110 has a double bend that will be less secure, especially if the tray sits on top of the amp's plastic corner brackets. Those will push the front of the tray up and destabilize it - unless you have a nice deep front lip pressing flat against the grill.

GK had (has?) something similar but as two separate pieces for their 700RB head to use on their big tilt-back 4-10 and 1-15 cabinets.

I did something similar to hang my Walter Woods from the top of my old SWR Bass Monitor 12 cabinet, however I went the hillbilly route, some bent up heavy duty wire coat hangers! :D

These look great - I'm particularly interested in the F110S sub.

Here on Don's website the dimensions are given for the F110 - which one is the width across the speaker grill and port (assuming an upright position)...?

Hi Ukiah,

I love my F110 Sub. I've only used it paired with the F110 so I can't comment on other applications. I imagine it to be much like the fEARful full cab / sub applications, only FEARLESS :)

Yes, I think of it as an F210 in two parts. For a short while I owned both my F210 and F110/F110S and to me they sounded nearly identical in tone and volume, the F210 being ever so slightly smoother.

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but does anyone know how this little monster compares to an Aguilar GS112? I used to use just one of them and was very happy with the amount of low end and punch. I've since moved the cab on in favour of arguably "budget" 1x10 cabs, 2 at the moment, but I'm missing a lot of low end and dispersion.
I'm seriously considering investing in a proper cab, the F112 is probably the more obvious choice but would the super compact F110 suffice?

I'd be using it for electric bass, 5 and 6 strings, mixture of rock, funk, folk, acoustic but never anything crazy loud without PA support.

The F110 sounds like the F112 but the F112 will go louder, so it depends on your volume needs. That said, the F110 is amazing for its size. I'd put the F110 above any 1x10 on the market. Of course, being the owner of the first production F110 I'm slightly prejudiced :)

For your type of music and volume requirement (and PA support), the F110 should be more than adequate. A better way to ask this question is "could my requirements be fulfilled with a standard 210?" If the answer is "yes," then a Fearless 110 is a perfect solution.
