So I guess it follows that if your gig can be covered with a decent 15, then a F112 would do the job ?

BAD fEARless 110 - greenboy goes even smaller

So I guess it follows that if your gig can be covered with a decent 15, then a F112 would do the job ?
I don't own a F112 so can't comment for sure. But I used to own a 12/6 "nEarful" and it replaced the Bergantino HT115 I used previously on most gigs. I gig two Fearless cabs: a F110 and an F210. The F210 gets about as loud as a good 410 and weighs 46lbs. My previous 410 weighed 100lbs. None of this is rocket science. But it seems like rocket science to bassists who are used to playing with traditional gear. Everyone is fixated on volume, it seems. To me, there are three parts to the equation: volume, weight/size and tone. The order of priority for me is (1) tone, (2) size/weight, and (3) volume. The Fearless cabs simply sound better than anything I've ever played, and I've owned a lot of cabs. That Fearless cabs also win #2 and #3 makes their choice a no brainer.

I neglected to do some follow up regarding the F210 vs F115.
I've only built one F210 but have built a whole bunch of F115's, so I brought a few folks to the shop for a shoutout. I was really on the fence as they were both terrific is slightly different ways, but I was in the minority. The other three bassists preferred the F115, mainly because the lows were a bit deeper and punchier (I agreed with the assessment, but still thought there was something special about the F210 as well). I called the customer I built the F210 for and asked him if I could hang on to it for a few more days and do a gig with it. He said yes. On the gig it was much tougher to declare a winner than playing solo at the shop. In a band mix I found the F210 to be a touch 'thicker' a possibly a better choice for loud upright than the F115. The tighter lows was possibly an advantage at that particular gig as well. This is totally splitting hairs too!
Of some possible consideration-
I'm 6'4" and over 230lbs with a healthy back, so I find all the gb cabs to be an easy schlep. My electronics guy, Justin, is 5'6" and skinny as rail. He finds the F210 to be a much easier schlep than the F115, which he found to be a tad clumsy. A couple smaller bassists have found the F115 to be that way. Considering the F115 has replaced a few folks 410 cabs, I'm sure the F115 is a much easier schlep every time

No sir. Technically, I suppose it's possible, but Greenboy would have to do some redesigning for something almost no one would want :/
I have a F112, which does just fine by itself, but considering a second cab for larger gigs. A second F112 is probably the first choice since they'er about the same price, but how many have heard / played through a F112 / F110 stack? Thoughts?

Ed Freidland has an F112/F110. Maybe he'll chime in. Personally, I'd go two F112's
No price savings. The dimension difference doesn't seem that significant. I'd consider a 2nd F112, too.

It's essentially the same price, will get louder, and do it on less power.
However- the F110 is an insane kick ass cab. It's a serious attention getter, no one can believe what they're hearing is coming from that little box. It plays well with an F112, but if you planned on using two cabs all the time, I'd go for the pair of F112s.
I've always said that the perfect two cab Fearless setup is an F110 and an F212, used one or the other.

It's indeed a custom Rob Allen MB-2. It's fretted with a custom-wound (Rob Allen) Solid 4 mag pickup instead of the usual piezo pickup. The top is maple; the fingerboard, bridge, and pickup cover are cocobolo.
Rob is a great craftsman and a fabulous guy.
